HOW IT WORKS

With Horizon Talk, your cellular number becomes your account. Upon registration, you receive a passcode via SMS or phone call for authentication. By default, the Local Access method is employed. When dialing a number or selecting one from your contacts, the dialer connects this number to a local number on the servers using your internet connection. This local number then facilitates the connection to the intended long-distance number. If Callback is selected as the calling method, the system sends the number to the servers, which in turn initiates a callback to your phone number and links the call to the desired recipient.
